Returns & Exchanges

At Casa de Sante, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
